Město Říčany ve spolupráci s městkou částí Praha-Kolovraty, obcemi Světice, Strančice, Všestary a městem Mnichovice uspělo s žádostmi o dotace na Cyklostezku Do Prahy na kole. Čtrnáctikilometrová trasa z Kolovrat do Mnichovic musí být dle podmínek dotace postavena do konce září příštího roku. Předpokládaná výše nákladů na realizaci celé trasy je 122 milionů Kč. Evropské dotace pokryjí 90 % způsobilých nákladů. Město Říčany zaplatí okolo patnácti milionů korun ze svého rozpočtu. Základní kámen byl poklepán 1. 9. 2018 u sadu Srnčí v rámci akce Vyladěný konec léta s Billou.
Projekt cyklostezky se připravoval několik let. Jednali se zapojenými obcemi, s projektanty, majiteli pozemků, kompetentními úřady a organizacemi, které realizaci povolují nebo spolufinancují. Na projektu se podílela Nadace Partnerství, která pomáhala žadatelům se zpracováním studie proveditelnosti. Projektové dokumentace k územnímu rozhodnutí, k stavebnímu povolení a pro výběr zhotovitele zpracoval KAP Atelier s. r. o.
„Jde o jeden z největších a nejsložitějších projektů posledních let. Skoro rok jsme s napětím čekali na zprávu, jestli dotaci dostaneme…. a podařilo se,“ komentuje přípravy projektový manažer a radní David Michalička /Klidné město/.
V srpnu vedení města obdrželo příslib financování z Evropského fondu pro regionální rozvoj prostřednictvím Integrovaného regionálního operačního programu (IROP). Hned vzápětí připravilo oddělení veřejných zakázek a dotací soutěž na výběr stavební firmy, neboť času na stavbu je velmi málo. Podle podmínek dotace musí být cyklostezka s in-line povrchem hotová do konce září příštího roku.
„Podařilo se nám zkoordinovat všech šest obcí. Museli jsme cyklostezku rozdělit na čtyři úseky, protože maximální výška dotace na projekt byla 30 milionů. Bylo to riskantní, ale všechny čtyři úseky nakonec skončily na prvních čtyřech místech hodnocení. Skvělá práce dotačního oddělení speciálně Jany Vavřinové,“ děkuje starosta Vladimír Kořen /Klidné město/. Podpora z evropské unie se týká středočeských úseků, pražské Kolovraty však získaly finanční dotaci Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy a mají peníze už na svém účtu.
Společná stezka pro pěší a cyklisty vzájemně propojí Prahu Kolovraty – Říčany – Světice – Strančice -Všestary – Mnichovice. Stezka reflektuje možné napojení železniční zastávky a naváže na již hotové či plánované trasy v hlavním městě. Rychle a bezpečně se tak budete moci dostat přímo do práce, přiblížit se na vlak či metro. Povrch tři metry široké stezky bude na většině trasy asfaltový a to zejména kvůli snadné údržbě, zároveň se tím rozšíří spektrum uživatelů. Na své si přijdou in-line bruslaři, lyžaři na kolečkových lyžích i hendikepovaní sportovci. Součástí stezky budou odpočívadla, v říčanské části vzniknou v oblasti na Vysoké, v Pohodovém údolí, na Lázeňské louce, u zimního stadionu, u Marvánku a u Rozpakova. Na odpočívadlech budou dřevěné přístřešky s mobiliářem. Některé zastávky budou mít pikniková místa s ohništěm a posezením. Pamatuje se i na servisní stojany dětské herní prvky a stylové směrové ukazatele.
Projekt řeší i úpravu zelených ploch v místech stavby, ochranu a odbornou údržbu stávajících stromů podél trasy a především náhradní výsadbu stromů za ty, které budou vykáceny. Rozsah kácení byl ve spolupráci s odborem životního prostředí MěÚ Říčany minimalizován na stromy a keře méně hodnotné a ve špatném stavu.
Na území Říčan bude trasa dlouhá 5,7 km. Celková délka nové trasy z Kolovrat do Mnichovic, včetně několika krátkých napojení na okolní komunikace bude 14,4 km. Na trase bude celkem 9 nových klenutých lávek (osm s dřevěným povrchem a zábradlím, jedna železobetonová) přes Říčanský a Sruhařovský potok a přes Mnichovku. Opraví se i tři stávající mosty. Uživatelům bude na celé trase k dispozici 21 přístřešků se 246 zastřešenými uzamykatelnými stojany na kola, plus již postavený velký přístřešek v ovocném sadu Srnčí, 20 informačních tabulí nebo 15 stylových „ladovských“ rozcestníků.
„Bylo vydáno 9 územních rozhodnutí a 8 stavebních povolení u 4 různých stavebních úřadů. Pro oba stupně projektové dokumentace bylo potřeba získat cca 150 vyjádření od cca 50 subjektů. Bylo potřeba uzavřít dohody s nejméně 100 vlastníky (s dalšími se jednalo neúspěšně) v 7 katastrálních územích a 6 obcích. Celkový objem zpracovávané projektové dokumentace činí (např. dokumentace pro stavební povolení i pro výběr zhotovitele) cca 950 příloh, které vytištěné a svázané dosahují sloupec výšky téměř jednoho metru“ vypočítává hlavní projektant cyklostezky z ateliéru KAP Milan Chalupa a doplňuje ho starosta Vladimír Kořen: „A tady znovu musím poděkovat. Navíc práce rozhodně nekončí, třeba dnes projektový tým odpovídal na zhruba třicet otázek uchazečů ve veřejné zakázce.
